NOVEMBER THEME SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE "Give thanks!" NOVEMBER 27, 2022 @10:30 AM
It is a joy to have November Theme Sunday Joint Worship Service. As you know, the theme is "Give Thanks" to God. Let us give thanks to our Lord who has led us! Yes, we will give our best to worship God who is guiding us. First UMC of Greenwich and New Life Korea UMC will gather together at 10:30 in the morning. By the Spirit of God, we will share our hearts and lift them to our God! Three church members will share their witness.
At the same time, it is the first Sunday of Avent. I give thanks to God our Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit who is inviting us into this awesome spiritual journey. Every day the Spirit of God will give us wisdom and strength while we read the book, Advent for Everyone. I pray all of us to have daily quiet time with God and write down our thoughts in our preferred language. It doesn't have to be several paragraphs. It can be several words or sentences. You are more than welcome to draw or/and paint. 🎨 On Thursday evening, let us gather together in order to share our daily journey with other church members. The journey will start this Sunday. If you don't have the book yet, please rent or buy it soon.

Southern Fairfield Cooperative Parish Charge Conference NOVEMBER 17, 2022 @7 PM First UMC of Stamford
Our New D.S Rev.Inkoo Chung calls the Southern Fairfield Cooperative Parish Charge Conference. The first UMC of Greenwich and other sister churches in the same parish will gather together and worship God. Then we will have the charge conference. We need to pray and prepare for the charge conference. Please pray for our preparation for our future ministry by the Holy Spirit.
