Dear FUMC Family, Greetings in the name of our Lord. Your pastor is writing this email to remember those who sacrificed their lives for freedom. And I hope all of you have a moment to pray to God who has fought the good fight with God's faithful children. Also, let us pray for peace on earth. I give thanks to our Lord who revealed the truth through the Thursday Bible class with Pastor EungSung Han. We read and studied the Book of Revelation. It was a great time to read Revelation considering its historical and cultural background by Pastor Han. I am happy to pray and plan for the Nov. Theme Sunday Joint Worship. The theme will be "Thanksgiving" and I hope some of you will share your witness. If you are interested in sharing your thanksgiving during the joint service, please let me know. As you know, we are going to gather at the sanctuary to worship God and we will open the virtual worship space too. Please prepare yourselves and join the Sunday Worship Service. Southern Fairfield Cooperative Parish Charge Conference NOVEMBER 17, 2022 @7 PM First UMC of Stamford
Our New D.S Rev.Inkoo Chung calls the Southern Fairfield Cooperative Parish Charge Conference. The first UMC of Greenwich and other sister churches in the same parish will gather together and worship God. Then we will have the charge conference. We need to pray and prepare for the charge conference. Please pray for our preparation for our future ministry by the Holy Spirit.
